I don't know, I haven't been paying attention :)  Though I did 
notice that the BIOS doesn't mention 2 CPUs.

Well, that's what I'm leaning towards right now, since I did have 
this system in pieces not to long ago.  I very well may not have 
inserted the CPU correctly.  I need to check that tonight when I get 
home and can afford to dismantle the system.
