recently Matthias Clasen asked on the #a11y IRC about the status of
libgail-gnome.

you can find that the conclusion was drop this library for GNOME 3.
But, last update was on January, and it is true that some people
experimented some issued interacting with the panel on the classic GNOME.
So, could the people involved on libgail-gnome confirm that and update
that section?
