Maybe Vertimus can implement different workflows and each coordinator can assign their workflow to each team.
Then others teams will not see this functionality. And the same for the Slovak team if they don't want to directly mark a translation as submitted if a committer user uploads directly a translation marked as translating. Makes sense?
