ok.
so i cloned vinagre this morning.
yes, there is a po folder.
the ta.po that i am interested in belongs to gnome 2.26
damned lies says there is a fuzzy string and one untranslated entry.
i examine the file and there are none untranslated nor a fuzzy one.

i download the file from damed lies and sure, there are two strings that
need correction.
so what do i do?

If any other branch other than 'master' (e.g. 'gnome-2-28') is indicated
