You should also report a bug in Bugzilla under the 'l10n' product and the corresponding language component, not only in order to put the blame where the blame belongs, but moreover to notify the corresponding language translators that this message was syntactically erroneous and needs a proper fix. In this case, please report in http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=l10n&component=Dzongkha%20[dz].
