GNOME 2.26.x will only see another release on July 1st.
I'd recommend to work on 2.28 for September.

You don't need a patch/diff, it exists already to review: See the "diff
with" link in l10n.gnome.org. Someone with git access can commit/push
the "merged.po" file after saving it to the /po subdirectory of the
sound-juicer checkout.
