It is not only in the shell menu but also in notifications that
"Files", which means Nautilus, appear. Please refere to the attached
screenshot.
Notifications say "Open with Files" when an external drive is plugged
in. "Files" means Nautilus. That's confusing, too. It would be better
to say "File Manager" instead.

How about refering to Nautilus as not "Files" but "File Manager",
Epiphany as not "Web" as "Web Browser", and so on?
