PoEdit usually breaks PO files headers... I'd recommend you to use another
translation tool instead of PoEdit.

Try opening this same file with Gtranslator, to see if it fixes headers
automagically. If I'm not wrong, ms language has no plural forms, so it
should be set to "nplurals=1; plural=0;"
