We have now merged gtk3 into master, and development will now be carried out in master. The merge required some manual intervention, which I hope did no damage to po files--if it did, please accept my apologies! Anyway, please revert to monitoring master.
Hopefully, the docs problem will be fixed soon.
I've pushed a change to doc/Makefile.am which I hope fixes the problem. Thanks for all your help with Balsa! Peter
