Please see "Team Coordinator changes".  The current coordinator is
supposed to be CC'ed along with this list.

Ideally the two of you should agree about the takeover beforehand.  I
understand that this may be difficult if the coordinator is
unresponsive and/or disagrees.  Nevertheless this is the way to start.

If the coordinator is completely unresponsive and things drag out,
maybe someone else here (such as myself) will be able to commit
translations in the meantime.

Someone should correct me if some of the above is wrong.
