I'd be very interested in participating, but the distance from Brazil makes it kinda expense to go there. If GNOME sponsors I could go, although I feel it is very expensive. If you decide to do via video conference, count me in. Also, just to point out that there is the documentation and localization BoF in GUADEC, which will take place in Mexico this year. This could be a good moment to discuss this subject.
