Good point, it /is/ only two clicks to launch an app from the menu, even if
it's sub-categorized.  I don't really think it can be denied that launching
apps, just like switching between them, is *currently* slower and more
complicated in shell than it is with a panel/dock.  The question is, how can
that be improved?
