who must I write to get ConnochaetOS on the "Incoming Distros" list at

This mailing list was a good choice. (Personally, I was unaware of that
web page. I added some info to the bottom of it, per the discussion I
recently had with John Sullivan.)

I added it to the list.
I was surprised to see so many distros on the list awaiting review. How
does a distro get *off* the list, ie, when is a review considered
complete? Who takes responsibility for pushing them through? It seems
we are in the usual case of group responsibility :(.
