Sorry for any confusion, but it's never been necessary to be a paid member to access the wiki. Anyone can create a login via the register link on the wiki (which in turn goes through the fsf.org account creation process, since we have a single sign-on system.) -- John Sullivan Free Software Foundation Manager of Operations
