No you haven't, it's a feature!
Well sort of, the property 'pletvisibility' isn't reset as it should be.
You can insert
\property Voice.pletvisibility = 3
or have a look at
init/property.ly
and change all occurrences of pletvisibility=2 to ..=3
This feature will be eliminated in pl5,
