Ah! Another one in desperate need for text continuation rules! :-)
I fiddled around with the TeX output produced by lilypond and managed to
display those rules (using \vrule and a defined horizontal length). So
in order to integrate this into lily - is there any way to know about the
*length* of the rule while processing the lyrics (the rule should
completely fill the hbox of that lyric request)??
