BTW: I oppose to requiring mudela-book-defs: I fear it serves little
purpose as a configuration file, since you have to be root to edit it
(if it is installed globally). I think it is robuster to have default
settings within mudela-book, so mudela-book will always work,
regardless of path & installation settings.
