What has happened to volta brackets?
1. They now have no vertical component, only a horizontal line.
2. Where the number was printed inside the bracket, it now prints above
the horizontal line.
3. The voltaVisibility property appears to have been scrapped. For the
hymns I am working on I generally have volta brackets printed only above
the treble staff, not the bass staff. Does this mean I have to remove
the volta engraver from the Staff context and put it in the ChoirStaff
context instead?
