Just to note that I seem to still have to use midi2ly with the -b
option to get triple time, and when I do I get the works, like
\times 95/96 { c''16 } \times 55/48 { g8.. }
in one voice and
\skip \breve..*8063/5376;
in the next, that crashes Lily.

It would be nice if triple time was treated in the same way as duple
by midi2ly so this could be avoided with midi files created by sequencers
that make occasional integer truncations of lengths as my Cubase does.
