Attached is a patch, with a couple of quick fixes that make abc2ly
more useful to me:
It now translates H into a fermata. This is not in the 1.6
standard, but is in the draft 2.0 standard, and is widely
understood by ABC programs.
It allows a space between a note and a > or <. The standard
is vague about whitespace in note specifications; I've always
used a space for readability and haven't had problems with any
of the ABC programs I use.
