- Added python open write modifier 'b' (binary access). This
allows
me to use the Windows native python during the build
process.
I changed PATCHES.txt replacing all occurrences of NEWS to CHANGES,
but the make dist, make diff, process I use to create a patch did not
include PATCHES.txt differences. The lines I added to CHANGES file
(see above) also did not get added to diffs. Am I not following the
correct procedure?
