I'd disagree.  I think it is better to wait until someone comes along
who actually needs 1/16th tones: we should only put things
in mudela if it makes a difference in printing the sheet music.

Moreover, i think that intonation/tuning in playback is more difficult than
just substituting a slightly different set of pitches.  For example,
how do you handle context-dependent intonation?
