It almost works: You still need to make it a system file through DOS:
attrib +s cmtfm
Other than that, it works great--with one small exception: The accidentals
on the chord symbols seem to be subscripted (run lily on either
standcongregation3.ly or weareanoffering.ly or any .ly file with chord
symbols containing accidentals to see this)...
Now if only lily was able to see that the chord symbols run into each other
and compensate for it...
