My list of chord types is far from comprehensive at this point, but I'm
working on it...  ;-)  BTW, have you thought of a way to handle synonyms?
Even within the 'american' convention of naming chords there can be more
than one way to write a given chord (say C+ and Caug for [1, 3, #5], for
example).

Smaller glyphs would probably make more sense, though a quick & dirty way to
do it would be to use a smaller font...

Ok, I checked it out, and it works!  This fixed the C6/9 and Cmaj9 as well!
Great!  So I guess that the note numbers are restricted to the range of 0-6
for the purpose of assigning pitches?
