That's quite possible, the RPM will fail to build if the tiniest thing
goes wrong.  I think we should mention this in INSTALL.txt.

The RPM build wants do generate all documentation too, which is a
fragile process that needs extra tools.

If you're not building LilyPond rpms routinely, it's a lot easier to
try a `manual' build first:

   tar xzf lilypond-1.3.119.tar.gz
   cd lilypond-1.3.119
   ./configure
   make
   make install
