Thanks for the comments. I've e-mailed the original submitter and asked
him to explain why he thinks the FDL is suited to music. I forwarded
David's arguments to him and also some of my own comments. Personally,
I'd rather not go down the dual-license road since it makes a
complicated situation worse IMHO.
Maybe he'll change his mind.
