So, the c and the e are tied over but not the g?
That's exactly what Lilypond typesets with
<c e g> ~ <c e a>
Or do you want a slur from g to a as well?
The distinction between ties and slurs is a well-known concept
in music typesetting. Ties are for tied-over notes. I don't see
how you'd want to tie two notes with different pitch.
