This library, is actually part of the Motif libraries, in which you
will either need to purchase, or grab Lesstif, to use. I haven't found a
version of LessTif over 0.88.9, that works correctly with GnuCash, so you may
want to grab that. The source for it, is available at
ftp.lesstif.org:/pub/hungry/lesstif.
