I agree with dave that c) is the least meaningful of the three when it 
comes to being "right", but.....

whenever someone on this list is asking for something which c) might
affect, they are the less sophisticated user, who for some reason c)
is useful to, and they are the ones who might get a use out of c).

In other words, I think those of _us_ who might like to have c) are
exactly the ones who could benefit from c).  (yes, I would like to
have c) too.)
