Hook is ready. Whenever we reset github and set the proper origin
remotes in our gitolite repos, all changes will be pushed automatically
to github.

In testing. The infrastructure to generate the mails is in place, but
currently still disactivated, because the standard boilerplate text in
the mail may need some tweaking. See my other mail for the current state
and two example mails
