Interesting. I can reproduce both pt_BR and el_GR bugs.. the pt_BR I can only reproduce with the 1.8 branch; el_GR I can reproduce with both HEAD and 1.8.
Generally I track this down by running under gdb with --g-fatal-warnings so it will die with the first warning.. Then I just work through them one-by-one.
