I'm sure this is simply that I'm putting a dash in the wrong place kind of problem.
The docs are in the gnucash-docs module. Or you can download the gnucash-docs release tarball.
I'd like to get the CVS version to make sure it is up to date. This is what I'm seeing on my end:
