Sorry meant to send this out but got distracted last night. Yes I want to do a new docs release this weekend, so try and commit the updates you have as well as Micheals FAQ stuff.
I was thinking to commit my changes after the new release. My changes will require changes to the index file... so I think it better to wait.
Concerning Michaels FAQ update, that could go in but I'm wondering what you think about him using <sect2>'s around each question?

I'm not sure I like it. On one hand, it is nice to see all the questions in the chapter contents... on the other hand, the Table of Contents for the whole document will have 1 entry for each question, which seems like it isn't appropriate. Imagine when we have more questions there. What do you think?
The alternative, of course, is to change to an ordered list.
