In the transaction ledger, one can make "predictions" about what they plan to spend in the weeks ahead. For such transactions, a blue line appears which seperates the present and past transactions from the future ones. This is nice, however, a better visual representation would be desired (at least by me!) Is there a plan to develop a "view" for the transaction ledger in "monthly" or "weekly" format. For example, a pop-up window that will display 30 cells with a trimmed down summary of transactions with sub-totals for the day, and so on? And also be able to enter/delete transactions from within this view?
If there isn't any development in this direction, where would I have to start to develop my own? In other words, I know how to program in GTK and C/C++, but I don't know the first thing about how the transaction database is structured. My guess is that whatever code creates the "ledger" could be used to create a monthly/weekly/daily view.
