Either via the gnome translation project or via email to us. If you send
them to us, you should subscribe to and send the changes to gnucash-patches
mailing list.

Does that mean you are volunteering as the primary Norwegian translator?

IMHO a complete drop-in po-file is better, but Christian might prefer
something else. Just make sure you're using the correct CVS branch to
make sure you don't lose any translations during a drop shipment.
