Hi Edwin.

You failed to transfer your data.

The GnuCash data file DOES NOT live under Program Files.
As for where it DOES live -- that very much depends on where you told
GnuCash to save t.  Usually it would be in your Home Folder or in your My
Documents folder.  But Gnucash will let you save it anywhere.

As many other people have suggested -- log in to your old machine, launch
GnuCash (which will auto-open the last file it used), and then use File ->
Save As (which will open a dialog and show you the folder where your data
file is sitting).

Also note that by overwriting data in Program Files with your old stuff,
you may have just destroyed some applications on your new system.  YMMV.
