Adrien, I don't see any resizing issues with 5.4. Late 2013 Mac Pro/macOS 12.6 and 2022 M1 Mini/macOS 15 Developer beta from a month ago. The window shrinks to too small to be useful.
Does the resize cursor change from double headed to single headed when it declines to shrink any more?
