Has Gnucash been open on your machine since before July 6? If so, choose Actions>Scheduled Transactions>Since Last Run in the menus. The missing transaction should appear. If you have launched Gnucash since July 6 and the transaction is missing, check the Scheduled Transactions editor to see if you accidentally entered an end date for the scheduled transaction.
