David Dalton, So do you have a C:\Program Files (x86)\gnucash\bin\libguile-2.2-1.dll file on Win11 ?
Did you do as John Ralls suggested and check whether your antivirus has quarantined the file ? If it did quarantine it, have you marked it as safe and/or released it from quarantine ? Cheers David H.
