I win! :) In all seriousness, the only context in which I've seen "key block" has been the beginning of an armored certificate, and I've literally never seen "keyblock", nor have I ever heard anyone call their certificate a "keyblock" or "key block" outside of the narrow context of "look for -----BEGIN PGP PUBLIC KEY BLOCK-----".
