Please read Wikipedia's page on radiation implosion. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radiation_implosion Radiation implosion is the defining feature of Teller-Ulam thermonuclear devices. In 1953 the United States government would have happily killed to protect the secret of radiation implosion: fifty years later there's a Wikipedia page on it. Secrets have lifetimes. This should always be remembered.
