#203: Cannot regisister to Forum via Forums page

As above. To reproduce:
* Go to http://www.gnusolaris.org/Forums
* Click on one of the forums
* And try to register
The result will be: "username has already been taken".
The workaround until this bug is fixed:
* Goto NexentaOS main page
* Click on Login in the left column
* Click on 'Create Profile'
Once you create your profile/account, this single account will "cover" 5
(five!) web portal functionalities: forums, blogs, wiki, hackzone, bug
tracking.
Note that this still does not cover mailing list. Mailing subscription is
done via Community page.
