it should be fixed now. In fact, it was disabled on purpouse since Forum
account != WebPortal account.
If one would like to have single WebPortal account for
blogs,bugs,wiki,forums,hackzones than use
http://www.gnusolaris.org/gswiki/UserPreferences.
