at least we need to figure out why fresh install takes that much time.
We are using debootstrap but it recalculates dependency off on-CD
repository. Its unwise waste of time. Instead we need to patch debootstrap
to skip recalculation by provided pre-calculated list of packages. This
would be the simplest way to close this bug.
