Comment:
by using pre-generated profile file lists (required.lst, base.lst) we
avoid dependency resolving logic; by pointing to pre-generated debpaths
file list and utilizing BOOTSTRAP_DEBPATHS environment varialbe we can now
avoid redundunt coping of archive to the local APT cache.
All these changes gave us approx. 38% imporovement which user should
notice in Alpha 4.
