Has anyone had this error? I'm trying to upgrade from ncp2 to ncp3a2
(using that repository), and I get the same error with ncp3a3 and
ncp3a4:

I'm logged in as root, and as far as I know pfexec does not allow
upgrades. Should I try something else?

I could roll back, and then try a dist-upgrade, but this fails on
regular upgrade, and I don't know how far back I would have to roll
the syspool. If too far, then it becomes a problem.

Good luck at CeBIT, Anil. It looks like a great event. I would love
to be there, but duty calls here in the US.
