​I forgot to mention.  I'm not committed (PUN INTENDED) to the idea of
github as our master.  All I care about at the moment is that the master
repo be somewhere NOT GNA.

I believe the sooner we do this the better because if we wait until nearer
to the time they shut down we will have less time to adjust.
