Dear Valmiki, I need the copy as it is of urgency. I am about to file a proposal for Ph.D at a Toronto University, and my subject is Goa's Liberation. I am in the process of doing the proposal and also looking for a guide. I have asked for help to suggest a suitable guide. The university now allows seniors, but first they had denied me as it didn't "recognize" by MA from Bombay University. It was normal that Indian degrees were undervalued by Canadian universities. I understand it will be released by July 24. However, Sonia Shirsat, the singer, is coming to Toronto on, ,I think, 19th July to participate in the Jully 22 event. So is the team Tammy/Roy. If I could get copy earlier, I can request Sonia to bring it for me. I can ask my sister (who is in Bogmalo) to send a cheque to you.
