The difference is that the 350 Lund-indexed journals are all peer-reviewed whereas the much bigger Regensburg index includes many non-peer-reviewed journals, magazines and newsletter: http://www.ecs.soton.ac.uk/~harnad/Hypermail/Amsci/2522.html The Lund index is not yet complete, but 340 is far closer to the current number of peer-reviewed journals than the Regensburg figure.
