As part of the EPrints User Group sessions at OR2011, building on the success of last year, we'd like to once again hear from the EPrints repository manager community. Last year we asked how you used EPrints to solve real problems. Â This year we'd like you to share your policy and integration success stories. How does your repository fit into your organisation? Â Is it a highly successful niche application? Â Has it become a key piece of institutional infrastructure? Â How have you achieved this? Have there been political issues connected with the growth of your repository? Â How have you engaged with and balanced the needs of the varied stakeholders? Do the majority of your publication records have fulltext documents attached? Â Do you have all your institution's publications from the year 1984 in your repository? Â How did you manage that? As a seasoned repository manager, what do you most wish you had known when you first started out? We'd like to encourage as many submissions as possible, and we'd like to have as many managers speak as possible. Â We're envisioning a series of 10-15 minute presentations, followed by a panel discussion. Please send a brief abstract to: [email protected] ...and put OR2010 in the subject line. Â Deadline is the end of March. -- Adam Field
